Why we are creating this website
Modular house offers often differ in the definition of the area, the level of readiness and the works included in the price. It can be difficult for a buyer to understand whether two prices are even comparable. Our goal is to help you see this difference before an advance or a contract.
What we do
- We collect public information from manufacturers and indicate the sources.
- We separate the price of the house from the additional works of the project.
- We create the same comparison structure for companies and models.
- We mark what still needs to be clarified with the manufacturer or a specialist.
What still needs your own assessment
Our website does not provide a professional assessment of your building design, structure, contract or plot. The guides help you prepare for the conversation. Project-specific technical and legal decisions need the right qualified professional.
