Buyers describe both good cooperation and things to keep an eye on. A BMWPower forum user described a relative’s experience building a roughly 60 m² house: completion was delayed by at least a month, and the work needed supervision. Quality issues had to be pointed out in several places. Overall, he rated the builders above average and said they fixed the issues raised without objections.
One Reddit user says the house built by Arka-B is generally fine, though small, unexpected defects appeared later. The customer was not entirely dissatisfied, but recommended involving your own architect and structural engineer during construction.
