Several model pages give a production time of about six weeks; Dream Sauna lists eight. These are the manufacturer's estimates for production itself. Allow separately for agreeing the order, approvals and the factory's order queue.
Dreamhaus is worth a look if you want a smaller modular home or a choice of finish levels. Model pages include plans and price PDFs. Check exactly what the finished-interior package covers: the same label can mean different inclusions elsewhere.
