Māja Katram's range includes compact two-bedroom homes and larger family designs. Its website does not advertise a fully finished option, so we recommend it for buyers planning to complete the home themselves.
The manufacturer reports more than 500 completed home projects and over 70 homes produced each year. That is a substantial track record and a reassuring point in its favour.
A ten-year structural warranty is stated. The price page gives delivery in 8-16 weeks and 2-4 days to assemble the panels of a single-storey home. That is installation time, not the whole build: finishes and other site work need their own schedule.
A complaint published on sudzibas.lv in 2021 describes slow and rude communication. A company representative disputes the account in a comment. This is one person's account, but we take it into consideration in our reviews score.
We also see a drawback in the emphasis on visualisations, with fewer photographs of completed homes. Before ordering, it is worth asking to see a similar finished project.
